“Habitat Loss” Print
$25.00 - $40.00

This print features monarch butterflies feeding on native Florida milkweed flowers while their forest is burning in the background.
Habitat loss is caused by many different things, but human interaction is the biggest contributing factor. Deforestation has lead to a loss of roughly 10 million hectares of biologically diverse land each year.
The monarch butterfly overwintering habitat is at risk. Due to deforestation for logging, only 2% of the original forest still exists today.
